The Sacrifice of the Mass

Dear Australian Bishops
For many years I have heard arguments that the Novus Ordo Mass is flawed. That the compiler was a Freemason, and that membership of the Freemasons was incompatible with being a Catholic.
If so, that would make the author of the Novus Ordo a non-Catholic, and his committee of Protestants would also be outside the Catholic Church. It would seem to be a contradiction to have a Catholic Rite instituted by non-Catholics.
I have provided below a short list documentation which seeks to explain the problems with the Novus Ordo. However, those who govern the Church seem to be moving in a different direction.
This is not intended to support English or Latin, since both Masses are possible in both languages. However, it could be argued that the use of the vernacular makes abuses in the Mass rather easier.
Reading Quo Primum, I get the strong impression that the Traditional Latin Mass is set in stone. This would perhaps make any reversal of this document a serious problem for the Church's infallibility, since the Church could be seen as speaking with two opposing voices.
So far I have not seen explanations which might answer these problems. I should be grateful if I could be directed to a more satisfactory solution.
The two Masses
Therefore, no one whosoever is permitted to alter this notice of Our permission, statute, ordinance, command, precept, grant, indult, declaration, will, decree, and prohibition. Would anyone, however, presume to commit such an act, he should know that he will incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul.
